The Studio
How It Began
At the start of 2019, I opened our new overdub room in Hastings-on-Hudson. After years of tracking basics at some of New York's finest studios, I realized how important it was to have a space specifically designed for the long process of overdubbing, capturing vocals, and exploring the production choices that result in the sonic imprint of a record.
The space is designed to be efficient, comfortable and conducive to the creative process. A bright and inviting control/tracking room and a spacious isolation booth provide musicians and producers direct access to instruments and gear.
We can accommodate many aspects of production, and we also use outside facilities when necessary. For larger instrumentation, we tap into a network of fantastic studios in the New York area that we have worked with for many years. We also actively collaborate with a host of accomplished musicians and can bring their unique expertise to each studio project.
